Back in Israel after Inauguration Weekend in D.C

Friends,

Talk about a whirlwind trip. Just landed back in Israel after Inauguration Weekend in D.C. We were thrilled to be able to see some of you, disappointed not to see everyone, but encouraged and celebratory at the new turn that America may be taking. We are hopeful and ready to get down to work. But before that, please enjoy some color commentary I’ve done, and some pics of the whole Yes! Israel team in Washington, at the ceremony and the balls. Special thx for amazing tix to all sorts of events, you made us feel like real VIPs and true friends – Congressman Dennis & Cindy Ross, Bill Johnson, Robert Pittenger, the whole Polly and Jim Jordan family, and Senator Mike Lee (who knows how to be a Shabbat gentile shlepper – you’ll have to ask him!).

MChaim and I, Sarah and Jonathan, Yisroel and friends – we all thank you for making us Israelis feel quite welcome and even pampered over Inauguration weekend.
Glad to know that we can remember to have fun, in between the hard work we all do together!

Best regards,
Ruthie

State Department freezes PA-intended funds

Thank G-d for President Trump. It looks like Obama’s illegal last minute check of $220 million to the Palestinian Authority, bounced! The US State Department freezes funds Obama intended for PA until new Secretary of State is appointed.
